Indigo Mind presents an Integrative Dance Workshop + Performance by Bay Area-based dancers Sonsherée Giles and Dwayne Scheuneman.
Sonsheree and Dwayne will perform an intimate duet that is based on trust, listening and support. The workshop that follows will use the duet as a platform to look at building trust and listening skills in order to be in contact and relationship with others. The motivation of this workshop is to connect with your body and deepen connection with others and ultimately to listen, play and have fun.
All people with and without dance experience are welcome.
