Indigo Mind presents Spaghetti Night Part II is an event hosted by artist Emilie Gossiaux. Guests are invited to participate by socially engaging with each other, the artist and the artwork. Gossiaux will serve spaghetti to guests with 85 handcrafted porcelain plates and wooden forks of her own design. The porcelain plates are intentionally left unglazed, so that the sauce leaves a stain, a souvenir from the night of the event.

Emilie Gossiaux is a Brooklyn based artist. After losing her vision in 2010, she continued making art and recently graduated from the Cooper Union School of Art in New York City. Working predominantly in ceramics, plaster, and performance, Gossiaux’s sculptures demonstrate a profound sensitivity toward materials and texture. She takes inspiration for her art from visual and tactile memory, her dreams, and social interactions.
