Join us for an informal closing reception for this past week's iteration of of the six-part exhibition Indigo Mind, entitled Seeing Voices: Manifesting Language. Based on the 1989 Oliver Sacks book, Seeing Voices at first appears to be about deafness, but what is soon revealed is a journey into language, consciousness, and the employment of symbols to enable both interpersonal communication and abstract thought.
