Stop by on Inauguration Day to make a sign, share a drink, and meet new people before joining the marches on Friday and Saturday. This free StoreFrontLab #Action event is part of #DesignAsProtest, a nationwide day of action organized by Design Justice to raise awareness of the role of strong design and visual messaging in social movements. 

Tuesday, January 17, 6-8 pm

Join local illustrators for an evening of art and politics as we create signs for StoreFrontLab's delegation to the Women's March on Washington. We will provide sign-making supplies, inspirational reference materials, and an appropriate soundtrack. If desired, we will proudly carry your signs with us to Washington. 

Tuesday, December 20, 6-8:30 pm

StoreFrontLab #Action presents a participatory evening of contemplation and sharing led by artist and yoga instructor Shannon Bronson. During this free gathering, Bronson, will weave together Tonglen meditation, guided journaling, and sharing with each other as tools to cultivate compassion to heal the darkness in ourselves so ultimately we can connect and to serve as lights to others.
